Free room in exchange to help cleaning a flat. in Kensington, Merseyside for sale

Free of charge a single room until mid of November in exchange for cleaning and generally helping after decoration in the flat. About the accommodation: the house is close to all central London amenities, the room is in a spacious Victorian flat. There is wardrobe, microwave, and bathroom via corridor. Speedy internet. No bills, but contributions towards them would be nice. By posting here I hope to find a helpful and enthusiastic flatmate (sorry no smokers here). Some cleaning job need to be done around 10hr a week. Please help me and in return you can have three months rent free room.
